I was in perfect but they had too many mages and their raid schedule didnt work with mine

Your gear looks decent and the fact that a bunch of it is from heroics shows that you have been working on it on your own. We do have 2 raiding mages with seniority, but they both have some occasional schedule conflicts, and having 3 mages isn't really going to hurt in any raid.

I would like to see what kind of damage you can do, so I'm gonna /sign

All i have to say is good about him did like 5 heroics with him this morning and was puting out good dps and told him to app and he said he would and he did. And i liked that his gear was chanted and was working on his own i say give him a shot.

Ya i should be able too make the majority of raids my work is pretty flexible i get off early alot i mean i cant guarnatee ill make every single one but deff the majority
