What's your normal playing schedule? Are there any days you know you can't raid? i cant raid on wednesday night, other than that i should be free, im consistent. i usually play at night for a while.

Thank you for your application to Havoc.
You need gear, thats a fact lol But if you are pretty consistant you will easily get decent gear pretty quikly. Run heroics, look for crafted gear when possible and work on your enchants! If you are willing to be at your best for raiding, there is a spot for you with us.
Also be aware that there might be nights that you have to sit, especially for 10 mans, but we do try to let everyone a chance to get in and down some bosses.

True that he does need gear, but it seems like he is willing to give it a go. If he has that burning desire to raid with us, let him enjoy it.

I have to be honest your gear is confusing seeing as you do have some decent stuff here and there but some really bad gear in other spots that are easily replaceable with heroics/badges/crafted. Gonna give you the benefit of the doubt that things either didn't drop, your having problems getting groups or you just got 80. Ill tell you though if everyone else's gear in eod reflects yours then i can def see why you arnt progressing and or cant recruit. Its not horrible just needs help.
So in closing make sure you work on your gear as much as possible don't wait for something to drop for you in naxx. You need to be all you can be and then some w/o raids. Also get your alch/herbs up so you can make some gold.
